Nicole Ayers

About

Nicole has spent the last 14 years at General Mills working internationally and domestically in the United States, with experience across Finance, Marketing, and General Management. She is currently the Business Unit Director for Family Favorites Cereal. Prior to this she was based out of Switzerland, where she held two consecutive assignments, leading the European and Australian regional team for the Ice Cream and Snacks Business and leading innovation for Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW).  

Good Food is a big part of life and she enjoys making food people love both at work and at home. While originally from Arizona, Nicole has spent nearly 10 years living in Europe, Canada, and Africa, where she managed to pick up French along the way. Her undergraduate degree is from San Diego State University, where she had the joy of playing volleyball as a Lady Aztec. And she received her MBA from the University of Arizona.
