As a seasoned global leader, Gail is passionate about building high-powered, cross-functional global teams. Gail enjoys the strategic & operational aspects of partnering with internal & external stakeholders to maximize business outcomes. Gail has a diverse set of experiences in business management, product development, sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing engineering & management, plant operations, vendor matrix development and international operations. 

Gail began her Lakeshore role in September 2022 where she is focused on evolving their Global Sourcing organizational capability, culture and team – both in the U.S. and internationally. 

Gail spent over 17 years at Best Buy Corporation, most recently as the VP of Human Resources leading the Future of Work and HR Transformation. Prior to that role, Gail was the VP and General Manager for the global Private Brands business unit where she spent the majority of her career and was lucky enough to live in both the U.S. and Shanghai, China. Previously, Gail has held Engineering and Business Development roles at Imation and 3M Companies.

Working to build global sourcing, product development, venture and global capabilities in the future workforce, Gail spends time outside of work as an advisor in her local community. Gail received a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and her Executive MBA from the University of St. Thomas Graduate School of Business.
