Currently the Vice President of Human Resources, Global Talent Management, at Ecolab, a global sustainability leader offering water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services, Bing Houw is an International HR leader who’s passionate about Talent, HR Business partnership and true Diversity and Inclusion.
 

He joined Ecolab in 2017, and prior to moving to Minnesota in 2022, held different HR and Talent leadership positions supporting the India, Middle East and Africa region based out of Dubai, UAE. Born and raised in Antwerp, Belgium, he has lived in the Netherlands, Singapore, and Paris working for Ingram Micro and Alstom.  He also served as the director of the Belgian Chamber of Commerce during his time in Singapore and has an educational degree in engineering.
