Faculty Council

The Faculty Council consists of representatives from the Carlson School of Management and from other University of Minnesota collegiate units that have research and educational interests intersecting with the medical industry sector. Faculty Council members support the Institute and its mission by:

  • Assisting to create and implement a research agenda
  • Providing advice on the Institute's education agenda
  • Facilitating dialog with faculty colleagues to support Institute research activities and teaching opportunities
  • Offering guidance on the development of executive education programs
  • Identifying organizations and opportunities that will enhance fulfillment of the Institute's mission
  • Acting as an advocate for the Institute within the Carlson School throughout the greater University of Minnesota community and with local and national firms with connections to the medical industry
