Programs and Courses

Labor Education Services provides the following programs and courses:

  • The Minnesota Union Leadership Program — an innovative educational series tailored to the needs of union officers and staff.
  • Labor Studies Skills Courses — provide a grounding in "nuts & bolts" areas important to working people, subjects such as collective bargaining, labor law and labor history.
  • Customized Training Programs — LES offers customized education to union locals, councils and districts in a broad number of subject areas, all specifically tailored to your union's and members' needs.
  • Women's Programs — an on-going series of opportunities for working women to enhance their leadership skills and network on issues important to them.
