Benjamin is a Ph.D. Student in Human Resources and Industrial Relations within the Department of Work and Organizations.  His research interests include leadership and work teams, social networks in organizations, and strategic human resource management.

Prior to joining the Carlson School of Management, Benjamin worked in a variety of roles in state government in Ohio, including over five years in strategic human capital management and labor relations, and three years in economic regulation of energy and electricity policy.
