Impression management refers to the process of controlling the impression one makes on others. Through proven communication strategies, people can increase their confidence, credibility, and professionalism by becoming aware of what they are communicating not only through their words, but through their bodies and behaviors.
You will become aware of negative and positive communication habits that may be helping or hurting their careers. Through discussion, in-class exercises, and taping, you'll learn techniques to project a positive executive presence in all business speaking and writing environments.
Class size is limited to ensure participants receive individual attention.
