When buildings are closed, access is by CSOM authorized UCard only. After closing, users may be asked to show their UCard. Individuals without University of Minnesota identification will be required to leave the building. University of Minnesota Police security monitor* is stationed at the information desk located on the first floor of the Carlson building, Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and 24 hours on weekends.

The Carlson building third and fourth floor receptionists provide visitor access Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (5:30 p.m. during the summer)

The Office of Classroom Management (OCM) and Carlson School scheduling units coordinate with Facilities Management and Central Security offices for after hours access to ensure the buildings and classrooms will be unlocked for events scheduled after hours.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found is located on the lower level of the Carlson building (Room CSOM L-142: Mail Room). Submit the Lost and Found Inquiry Form for inquiries concerning lost and found items. Items are transferred to Facilities Management's Zone Office Lost and Found located at 57 Heller Hall. Call 612-624-7831.

Printing Services operates six Copy Center locations providing on-campus copying services for your needs. Free pick-up and delivery service may also be available.
